Update: 37 Weeks
The past week has been a bit challenging - with the constant end-of-pregnancy swelling, sleeplessness and general discomfort, the double ear infections AND sinus infection (going on week 2 now) and the remodeling of all three of our bathrooms.
BUT last night, my group of girl friends threw me an intimate, surprise baby shower and it made this past week so much better. My little girl and I racked up (photos to follow if I can get my act together). But most of all, I really needed a good girls’ night - complete with delicious pasta, bread, salad and cupcakes (all my favorites!!) - to set things right.
I still can’t hear at all out of my left ear this morning and look like the Goodyear blimp, but overall I am in a much better place.
Can’t wait for this baby to get here!
